Rhenium in molybdenum rhenium alloy is a very special metal material, rhenium, the sixth period of the periodic table of elements in group 7 transition metal elements. Element symbol Re, atomic number 75, relative atomic mass 186.2. Hexagonal system, silvery white metal, usually obtained is a gray powder. The relative density is 21.02g/cm³, the melting point is 3186 ℃, and the boiling point is 5596 ℃. Resistivity 19.3x 10 but Ω · m(20°C). Corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, but lose luster in humid air, soluble in dilute nitric acid and sulfuric acid, insoluble in hydrochloric acid. The oxidation states are 3, 6 and 7. Scattered elements, present in molybdenite, are extracted from the flue dust of smelting molybdenum elemental rhenium.

Rhenium is a refractory metal with extremely high melting point and great density. It is expensive and difficult to process. This product is a molybdenum-rhenium alloy blank with 40% rhenium content. We will use hot rolling process to hot roll it into flat plate and carry out further processing.
