Hot cathodes in vacuum electronic devices usually use tungsten-molybdenum alloys. The hot cathode is the part responsible for emitting electrons, such as electron tubes and microwave power tubes. Tungsten-molybdenum alloy has high melting point, good electron emission performance and high temperature stability, and can withstand the electron emission requirements under high temperature environment.
