Molybdenum titanium alloy

Molybdenum-titanium alloy is an alloy composed of a small amount of titanium based on molybdenum phase. The nominal composition of the general alloy is Mo ~ 0.5Ti, also known as MT alloy. Alloy containing titanium 0.4%~ 0.55% (mass fraction), carbon 0.01%~ 0.04% (mass fraction), titanium solid soluble in molybdenum, solid solution strengthening effect, molybdenum and carbon in the alloy to form dispersed carbide particles, can play a precipitation strengthening effect, titanium also improve the low temperature plasticity of molybdenum, improve the recrystallization temperature of molybdenum.

Molybdenum strip

Molybdenum bar is a product made by sintering molybdenum powder with a purity of more than 99.80%. It has a silvery white appearance, bright and shiny surface, and has a high melting point, high specific gravity, high strength, high hardness, low coefficient of thermal expansion and other characteristics. These characteristics make the molybdenum bar maintain good performance under extreme conditions such as high temperature and high pressure.

Tungsten Target

Tungsten target is widely used in X-ray fluorescence analysis, X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy and other scientific instruments. Material characteristics: 1. High density: Tungsten is a metal with high density, so the tungsten target has excellent mass absorption capacity and is suitable for X-ray generators. 2. High melting point: The melting point of tungsten is very high, about 3422 degrees Celsius, so the tungsten target has good heat resistance and can withstand high temperature working environment. 3. Chemical stability: Tungsten has good chemical stability and is not easy to react with other elements at room temperature, so the tungsten target is not easy to oxidize or corrode during use.
