Tungsten Nut

Tungsten nut is a nut made of tungsten material, namely nut. This product has a hole in the middle, the inner side of the hole is threaded, mainly used in conjunction with the screw or bolt, play a fixed role. Nuts are mostly hexagonal and quadrilateral, which are standard products. At present, in our country, there are national standard (GB), German standard (DIN), international standard (ISO), Japanese standard (JIS) and American standard (ASTM/ANSI). Among them, national standard, German standard and Japanese standard are represented by M (e.g. M8 and M16), while American standard and English standard are represented by scores or# (e.g. 8#, 10#, 1/4 and 3/8).

Tungsten Boat

Tungsten boats are mainly made of high-purity tungsten. This metal is known for its high melting point, high density, high strength, high hardness, and good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The shape of the tungsten boat is usually a boat shape, and sometimes it is customized according to the specific application requirements. The structure typically includes one or more heating elements to provide the required heat during vacuum coating or other high temperature processes.

Stamping type tungsten boat

The stamping type tungsten boat is to apply pressure to the tungsten plate with the help of regular or special stamping equipment to make it produce plastic deformation in the stamping die, so as to obtain the finished size of the tungsten boat.

Folding tungsten boat

Folding tungsten boat is the shape of the boat after repeated folding and forging of the tungsten plate, the two ends of the tungsten plate are folded and processed. The permeability of the folded tungsten boat is strong. The folded end is generally small rounded or branched. Different from other types of tungsten boats, this type of tungsten boat is generally composed of a tungsten boat cover and a tungsten boat body. The general tungsten boat cover is provided with evaporation holes, the evaporation holes are round holes, the hole diameter is 1mm, and the hole spacing can be set to 2mm.

Welded tungsten boat

Welding type tungsten boat is also called heating tungsten boat. Welding is to directly melt the connecting parts of the two metals together at high temperature, heat and pressurize the five tungsten plates at high temperature, so that the joints can be melted together, and then cooled after welding to finally form the shape of a boat. However, the welding tungsten boat takes a long time and cannot be made at one time. The welding of pure tungsten is generally divided into two processes: welding and brazing. The size of this type of tungsten boat is relatively large.

Tungsten Block

Tungsten block is a kind of metal material, which has a series of remarkable performance characteristics and application fields. The tungsten block has a high density, and its density is usually 19.35g/cm3 at normal temperature. In addition, its melting point is as high as 3410°C, showing good high temperature resistance. At the same time, tungsten block also has high strength and hardness, is an important material for the manufacture of high-speed steel and alloy steel. Typically, tungsten alloy blocks are used to make weapon parts, extrusion dies, and counterweights such as speedboat counterweights, vehicle assemblies, aircraft counterweights, helicopter aircraft counterweights, ship counterweights, and tank counterweights.
