Sintered tungsten boat is mainly used in the production of tungsten powder. First, the ammonium tungstate is calcined to yellow tungsten or blue tungsten, and then reduced in hydrogen to prepare tungsten powder. In the preparation process, tungsten oxide should be put into a tungsten boat first, and then put into a reduction furnace for reduction. In the reduction process, the excess hydrogen is recovered and purified, and then the recovered hydrogen is transported to the reduction furnace. After repeated many times until the excess hydrogen is used up, then the tungsten boat is disassembled and sieved to make a batch of tungsten powder.
